Scapegoats was founded in 2015 by Kylie and Reuben. They set out to raise the bar in the industry. Since then, they’ve handpicked the very best talent so they can deliver on that promise.

Kylie

Director

Kylie’s passion is in organisational process, connecting with people and developing a thriving workplace culture. Her pragmatic and methodical approach, with an emphasis on reliability, elevates our service offering to go hand-in-hand with our teams on the ground. Kylie has a Diploma in Business Computing and is working towards a Bachelor of Business (Management).

Reuben

Director

Reuben is the creative mind at Scapegoats. With over 30 years’ experience, he is a qualified horticulturalist and landscaper – it’s his life. He loves finding the balance between constructed and organic elements as well as the transformative power of landscaping. Reuben is Scapegoats’ leading landscape designer.

Jordan
Operations Manager

Jordan leads Scapegoats' field teams and active projects. He is a qualified landscaper and in 2019 won a leadership award at the NZ Young Landscaper of the Year competition. He has a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in tourism and ecology.
